1. Subject
These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between PERRIS GROUP et l’acheteur et les conditions applicables à tout achat effectué par le biais du site marchand de V., que l’acheteur soit professionnel ou consommateur.and the buyer and terms applicable to all purchases made through the online shop of perrisswisslaboratory.com, the buyer either professional or consumer.
The acquisition of property or services through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

PERRIS GROUP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in effect at the date of the order by the buyer.

The site www.perrisswisslaboratory.com is an e-commerce site. Products and services are those listed in the catalog published on the Perris Swiss Laboratory site.
These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. PERRIS GROUP reserves the right to withdraw the products on sale at any moment.
We display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
PERRIS GROUP takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information included in the Site. However, PERRIS GROUP takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the Site and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided on the site. 3. Rates
The prices listed on this Site are displayed in Euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order, any rate change will be reflected in the price of goods or services.
PERRIS GROUP reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the prices displayed on the Site on the day of the order shall be applicable to the buyer.
All prices do not include the costs of order processing, transportation and delivery. They will be added to the checkout page.
4. Zones
The online sale of products and services presented on this site is reserved for buyers who reside in Europe and in the USA, in countries with duty free customs and that use an international truck service.
5. Orders
The buyer who wishes to buy a product or service must:
- Fill in the form of identification with all the data requested or give customer number if any;
- Complete the online order form giving all the references of selected products or services;
- Validate the order after reviewing it;
- Make payment as provided;
- Confirm the order and payment.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All recorded data and registered confirmation constitutes valid proof of the transaction.
The seller will email confirmation of the order recorded.

Please note that PERRIS GROUP processes your orders automatically. Your order may be in transit within hours after you press the ‘send order’ button; orders cannot be cancelled or changed if merchandise has been shipped.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Perris Swiss Laboratory merchandise.
I. Our products are to be trusted. We will gladly accept returns of products that do not meet your expectations. Simply return your merchandise in its original condition that hasn't been opened with the receipt or original invoice to the address below within 7 days from the delivery for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Shipping costs are not refundable.
II. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Please return your merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of the sales invoice to the following address:

7. Payment Terms
The total amount of your order will be calculated on the checkout page.
- Payments are made by credit card and are done through the secure system VerySign Trust Seal that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and cannot be accessed by anyone else during the network procedure.
- PERRIS GROUP reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in case of dispute with the client, of non-payment of an order or the refusal of credit card payment by a bank.
- In the case of bank refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled and the client will be notified by email.
- Payments made by check are not accepted.
8. Delivery and Tracking
Perris Swiss Laboratory collaborate solely with DHL to guarantee the highest service and reliability. We strongly recommend that you use a business address whenever possible for all your orders as all shipping require a signature. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and the link for following your order status. In case of damaged package delivery, please contact our Customer Service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are not able to redirect orders once it has been shipped.
- Do not forget to check the content of the package delivered before providing your signature.
- All orders confirmed and paid before 11am are shipped during the same day. A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
ORDER PREPARATION
The content of each order is checked before shipment. A particular attention is dedicated to prepare your order.
INQUIRY RELATED TO SHIPMENT
We pay a specific attention while preparing your order and package. However, if a product has been damaged during transportation, please email our customer services directly.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
You accept that within the limits of regulation, we are in no way legally responsible for:
(a) Any activity interruption;
(b) Any delays or interruptions in accessing the site;
(c) Any delays or undelivered goods, erroneous delivery, misappropriation, loss, damages or modification of data;
(d) Any computer viruses, system failure which may occur while using the site;
