Samples are offered with every purchase. Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If you’d like to “try before you buy” or organize a face-to-face consultation with an expert beauty adviser, you can visit your nearest Skin Fitness beauty center who will also provide you with a sample of the product best-suited to your skin type.

Skin Fitness believes that it is important to try before you buy, however we also strongly believe that you should receive the correct samples for your skin type or concern. With any order at you have an option to receive 2 samples of your choice at checkout.

If you would like product recommendations for your skin type, please email us and a consultant will be happy to chat to you. We can also find stores local to you that distribute Skin Fitness products.

EU regulations contain some restrictions on which countries our merchants are able to ship products to. In the event that we are not able to process your order, we will explain the reasons why, and will work with you to determine a suitable solution. This may include using a different credit card or a second shipping address, with an adult 18 or older available to sign for the shipment.

All sales are final. If you need to change your address or any other information, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

All orders will usually ship via DHL within two to three days of purchase and will take from 2 to 5 working days to arrive depending on the destination. You can view and track your order from your Skin Fitness account.

We don’t store your credit card details. Data can only be amended during the transition.

Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled and all sales are final. If you have concerns about your order, please send an email to our Customer Services team who will assist you.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for a refund to clear into your account. Refunds requested 15 days following a purchase date may not be possible.

Skin Fitness does not offer insurance on shipments at this time. We take extra care to ensure our products arrive safely, but if you receive a broken bottle or otherwise damaged order, please contact our Customer Services team. Please take a photo of any broken or damaged products as this may be required for us to file a claim with the carrier.

You may request changes to your shipping address up to one day following your purchase by emailing us. After one day, it may not be possible to process a change, as we are committed to shipping products as quickly as possible to ensure speedy delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Tolerance Tests (1)

Skin Fitness does not conduct tests for cosmetic products on animals corresponding legal requirements. The methodologies used for the tests comply with the European regulations which prohibit testing finished cosmetic products and cosmetic ingredients on animals.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Skin Fitness merchandise.

    • Our products are to be trusted. We will gladly accept returns of products that do not meet your expectations. Simply return your merchandise in its original condition with the receipt or original invoice to the address below within 7 days from the delivery for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Shipping costs are not refundable.


  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Please return your merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of the sales invoice to the following address:

Skin Fitness offers free delivery for all orders as part of our client service policy. We collaborate solely with DHL to guarantee the highest service and reliability. 
We strongly recommend that you use a business address whenever possible for all your orders as all shipping require a signature. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and the link for following your order status. In case of damaged package delivery, please contact our  customer services.


  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • We are not able to redirect orders once it has been shipped.
  • Do not forget to check the content of the package delivered before providing your signature.
  • All orders confirmed and paid before 11am are shipped during the same day. A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
